The original PJN CMS has now been used in about 7-10 websites and I've decided it's time to upgrade.
The new CMS (Content Management System) will have all the same features as before but will be a lot more user friendly.
Using a htaccess file all pages, blog entries, pictures in a gallery and literally every page will have a clean URL.
Clean URL's are easier to read by Google than query strings containing "?" and "&".
Through pinging new blog entries are also now going to be submitted directly to a list of blog ping directories which will improve website traffic.
The look of the CMS is a lot less plain and is a lot easier to navigate around and use.
Page content can now be added in a rich text format, rather than in HTML view.
The number of pages on a website can be limited as well as the website's functionality.
The new CMS will be used in a website before the end of November.
