New DJ application

Since the Tabbed Media Mania application I have wanted to create a DJ application.

Over the last few days I have been working with similar code from Tabbed Media Mania, and adapting it into a new user interface with more DJ type features.

The DJ application, DJ Mania, is very simple and easy to use.

There are 2 DJ decks, each with their own playlist, volume control and bit rate control (to speed up the audio).

The crossfade slider allows the transition from the left DJ deck to the right DJ deck (and vice versa).

Also, make use of the "Samples" folder that is created with the DJ Mania application. This folder is the place to drop in audio samples that can be played in a 3rd audio channel when using the application.
